Note: While real alcohol is infused into their products, the alcohol content gets burned off during the cooking process, leaving the residual base flavour notes. The finished product is virtually alcohol-free.

The production facility handles food that contains milk, soy, wheat, and may contain small traces of nuts. They do their best to sterilize the production and packaging surfaces, however there may be traces of these allergens.

Eatable handcrafts their products using locally-sourced, non-GMO, gluten-free ingredients from Canadian farms, in small batches from their Toronto facility.
